Artforms opened its doors in 2001 in historic downtown Perrysburg, Ohio. Steve and Kristin Kaminsky’s passion for art brought custom jewelry, custom stained glass, and many different local blown glass artists under one roof on the corner of Louisiana and Front Street.
In the fall of 2013 the opportunity arose to move their business to a new location they had always dreamed of, the old Mills Hardware at 130 Louisiana Avenue. With a great deal of help from the owner of Mills Hardware and landlord himself, they transformed the old town hardware store into a bright, open modern gallery that now attracts not only more shoppers but also a number of new artists have asked to come on board.
Now that the new location is thriving, the last project to be completed is the construction of a glass studio within the gallery itself. Soon local artists will be creating amazing original works spanning from vases and elaborate bowls to sculptures which will be available to local buyers, as well as being up for sale on this website. When the studio goes live, so will webcams allowing the world to watch the creativity and imagination of our glass artists as they create these one of a kind pieces.
